Hillside West

Hillside West, the 7th phase of the Hillside Terrace development, is a complex facility comprised of office, retail, and housing; it continues the earlier phases' exploration of informal urban space. As its site is divided into two larger halves by a tight 3-meter passage, Hillside West's volume is broken down into three separate blocks of different scale and material. Winding through these blocks is a semi-public passage, connecting the major thoroughfare at the front to the residential street in the rear.
