Singapore Land Tower Regeneration ProjectCompletion Date:2025
The Singapore Land Tower project is an extensive asset enhancement of Singapore Land’s flagship 48-story building at the heart of the city’s Financial District. The strategic renovation, allowing the building to maintain full leasing and operation throughout, began construction in January 2021 and is expected to be completed in 2025. The renovations are driven by an ethos to “design for people,” integrating lush landscaping and meticulously woven public spaces from the podium to the apex and adding an additional amenity floor for shared use. The external façade recladding mobilizes white fritted low-e double-glazing within the custom curtain wall refit - creating additional usable space around the building perimeter, and significantly enhancing overall building energy performance.
